Classic Neutral Makeup Tutorial


Before Neutrals use to be referred as boring and plain. But even colors such as these can be made to compliment and give class to your everyday look. I made a tutorial doing just that. You can add to it, to make it even more intense. For example using this look but with a cat eye eyeliner.
